I was wondering why nobody is speaking about this program with great potential - PCRemote: http://www.pc-remote.de.vu/

It can do almost anything Bemused can do and much more, and it is only around 27 kb on the phone. It can start four different programs (any program you like and not only winamp or media player) and it has three play lists for winamp. Another great feature is that it can control the PC mouse. Imagine you can set it to start any DVD player you like, then set on PC some big pointers, and then control from a reasonable distance any button or menu of the program you want, etc...

Of course it would be even better if it would be possible to customize the predefined menu commands, etc., but as it is now is really useful.

Does it come with english translations as being the usual lazy brit I never learned any other languages at school??

Now I understand why nobody tried it yet. :) I don't know if it has an English translation, but it still can be used as it is self explaining. Here is an example of settings.ini file, where COM10 should be replaced with actual serial port used with BT:

It's not fully translated to english but it is fully understandable.
The 6 means the main volume (6%). You maybe want to change this to 50 or something.
