Screen stopped working on N78. Anyone else?

Within two weeks of using the phone this happened... One day the screen started cutting in and out. By the end of that day, the screen would not work at all. I sent it in to Nokia warranty center 5 days ago. They should take a look at it on this upcoming monday.

Obviously a warranty issue. Has anyone else had this?

I dropped mine 4ft on to a concrete floor. The phone hit the floor flat on it's back and the screen cracked and only had half a display. I've dropped it (many times) since then, but it's been fine. Maybe the first batch of screens aren't as strong..

maybe. Id been using the phone for less than 2 weeks when it started happening... no intense concrete drops for me though :)
