Format the device and memory card (probably enough if you first use the Memory app to format the card, and then "dial" *#7370# to reset the phone to factory settings).

I was having a same problem with my n 72. I have the solution for it:
follow the path using any explorer (smart file man, fexplorer) C:/system/apps/guardian and delete this folder. Also repeate same procedure for memory card following same path shown above.
As per my knowledge this will solve your problem.

I will suggest you to take a backup of all your important data and then format your mobile and the memory car as well.
As far as I have experienced is that virus in never completely removed by deleting few files from any of the folder.
