It must be nearly 6 weeks since story broke ,
so nokia have had plenty time by now to work out what the long term solution will be put in place.
If they still don't have a long term solution then this problem is not that big on their agenda and their statment was just to buy time and hope it go's away.
It's still near impossible to get them transfered by support and they said that would be short term fix.
Time might be here again where AAS/N should get back in contact and see what the big idea is
b/c next month and over next 6 months a lot of people will be upgrading phones b/c N95 is dropping in price and become affordable for many more people, and people who already have N95 will probably be upgading to N96 in 6 weeks time and other devices coming out around late summer /autumn .
It would be great to let people know where they stand and let Nokia know this will not just get swept under carpet.
So any more Info you could find out about this issue i'm sure would be very appreciated by many .
Thanks
