I am trying very hard to use my Nokia N70 for some Vietnamese friends. The message sent by them always appear with a lot of empty square. Anybody can help please?

That is because the phone you have does not include a system font which has the corresponding glyphs to show for Vietnames characters. The default to show when the font is missing a character is the empty square.
