Hey all,

I'm quite proud to announce the immediate availability of Resistance - Episode 1 - Part 1. You can get the game for just 5.95 from Handango right now. Here's the product page:

http://www.handango.com/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?siteId=1&catalog=0&secti onId=0&productType=2&platformId=4&productId=54794

Notice that the demo has been updated, with numerous bug fixes, and a much cooler rolling demo part. The downside is that the demo is now time limited, but we figured that this and the low price of the game should be enough to convince you to buy the Real Thing. 8)

Episode 1 Part 2 will be out within a couple of weeks. We hope to add the BT multiplayer that didn't make it into part 1.

We've sent out a couple of beta's already; beta testers will receive finals tomorrow. If you can help us with some free publicity somehow, don't hesitate to ask for a free review copy! Mail me at jacco.bikker@overloaded.com .

I've posted v1.1 on Handango; it fixes some small problems and increases the visual quality of the 3D engine slightly (it needed that ;) ). Most importantly, the installer is now just 251, wich is neccessary for OTA delivery.

The demo is also updated.

Enjoy.

We would love to develop for the NGage, and we even wrote Nokia about it, but no answer so far... Is anyone at Nokia reading this? :) Bluetooth MP is going to be in the game soon though, can't wait to play a decent deathmatch in Resistance. Should be pretty cool with the arena and the missiles... But I look really forward to the better controls of the NGage. We have our own emulator for the PC, and it plays so much better with decent controls...

Anyway I'm glad you guys like the game. ;)

Hi Phantomus!

Got a question concerning the game:

what happens after the flash hits you? Is this the end????? Or how do you get to the desert level....? thanx

Hm, this is a bug that has been fixed in the 1.1 version. If you drop me a line at Jacco.Bikker@Overloaded.com I'll send you the 1.1 version.
