just install oggplayer (I think this for make phone can play ogg file), then put "random_ringing_tone.ogg" in folder which contain ogg song, and set it as ringtone

the phone will random all file in that folder to be ringtone automaticallly - no need to add one by one like in "best random ringtone" app.
