Ok, I had a Sony Ericsson w610i and I could use it as a flashlight by scrolling through the menu (I think it only took 3 buttons). Is it possible to turn on the flash for the camera so that I can use it as a flashlight or can it only be used when the camera is on?

I apologize for the dumb question but I haven't been able to figure it out just yet.

Maybe is not so dumb... On P1i I don´t know, but on S60 devices that needs a dedicated software. Maybe is the same with UIQ.

Do you know what the software was that you used? I have a light on my key ring but every-once-in-a-while, when I really need it, I used to use the light on my older sony. It is kind of annoying that it isn't as easy to get to.
