When my phone 6680 gave restarting problem, I have gone for 'hard reset' as advised by friends through this forum.

Now I found that I am unable to get the applications 'Movie Director' 'Nokia Music Player'. Though real-player is working alright, 'Nokia Music Player' is not there which was in-built programme like real-player provided by the Nokia itself.

Where can I get? Can anybody help me? Thank you in advance.

Format the phone: *#7370#. It should be back.

Thank you for responding. I formated my 6680 with *#7374#. But phone not updated the said programmes. I think the retailer might have loaded these applications 'Movie Diretor' and 'MP3/AAC Player' into Memory Card (card also formated earlier once), as a sales package.
