Do you know if there is a way to synchronise (not import data) with Palm desktop or the Palm itself?

Nope.

The closest I can think of is to sync your Palm with MS Outlook, then sync Outlook with your 7650. USed to do that with my Palm, now doing it with my PocketPC. Works like a charm
