Hi guys,
On every SW update I back up my contacts with PC suite and after this I transfer them to the phone after the upgrade.
But every time I lose the portrait photos I took. I erase the original image from image folder( to save momory) and they remain only in the contacts, but after the SW upgrade and transfer....the images are gone.
Do you know how can I back up these images, or where on the drives they are saved?

That's odd..
Once you add a picture to a contact, it seems to get stored in the contacts database, as I haven't lost my thumbnails after a SW upgrade yet.

Only thing I can think of is if you maybe use the "images" folder on the contact.
There are two ways of adding images to a contact:

[list]1. When you edit a contact's details, pressing OPTIONS (left soft key) gives you the ability to "Add Thumbnail". These images get stored in the contacts database, and you can delete the picture from the images directory without affecting the thumbnail picture.[/list:u]
[list]2. When viewing a contact (not editing, there is a second tab, where you can ADD IMAGEs. These images only link to the Image folder in your nokia's C: drive. If you delete a linked picture, it'll be gone from the contact list too.[/list:u]
