I've found an error message "USB Devices Not Supported" everytime I connect to SEUS for update. I've got the Master and Slave port installed already. So, what else driver do I needed for SEUS?

In fact, I use KK to change my CDA to World phone and try to connect to SEUS to debranded my phone but SEUS always said I hv the latest S/W.

when you run seus dont have any other programs running apart from windows

I had loads of trouble and nearly gave up

when you connect the phone to usb it may ask to search for drivers.

let it search and then as it finds the software hopefully it should say usb recognised
then run the update

Thanks and I read that link before. It doesnt even try to look for alternative driver and it never get it right. I've been trying reinstalled of both SEUS and PC-Suit software but none of them lead me anywhere futher...Pls help.

By the way, I've been to SE website and it said SEUS does need a "USB Flash Driver". What's that?

I try again and it installed the Master and Slave port driver and said new H/W are ready for use but SEUS still said I hv got the latest version. I got the SEUS working before to upgrade to the existing version but not now anymore...

Did you follow the instructions from this site after you changed the CDA?

After changing the CDA - You need to format the internal disc... and then connect to Sony Update Services.
If you miss this step your phone will not be de-branded and no updates would be avaliable.

I take it your phone is a w950i - can you tell me what CDA you changed it to with KK?

I take it that you are on 3 in Australia if your current CDA id 162017/10.

When I changed my CDA with the KK client I used the generic world 1 CDA for the w950i - which is: CDA162014/1

I think CDA102511/2 is for the K800i??? not the w950i?

If that is the case you might need to buy another credit from the KK server and change the CDA again to the generic world 1 for the w950i.

Yes, I am quite sure that the dictionary will be english.
