Can anyone tell me how do i transfer my contacts and messages to Nokia 9300i.

I currently have about 1000 contacts and about 4000 text messages in my Nokia 9300i. Even if message transfer is not possible, atleast contact transfer is must before I can start using the phone.

For contacts:

You can sync via any PIM (9300i first, then N95).

Or you could sync to a SyncML server.

what is SyncML server??

I dont want to use PIM because i have multiple contacts (fields) in one main contact.. and PIM like Outlook looses them when i use that option.
