Hey guys im trying to connect my x700 to my PC, i installed the drivers/programs and windows picks it up fine..

however when i open Panasonic X700 PC Software Suite

i instantly get an error with
Window title: EConnect
Message: "Failed to Create Empty Document"

i am using Windows XP Pro (Sp2) if that helps
