What about investing in a very inexpensive memory card and copying all your stored stuff to it?

I think he was talking about ram! The only solution I can come up with at the moment is that I use a beta version of fexplorer where there is a restart option which reboots the phone and of course refreshes the ram.

Or you could get any 3rd party application that allows you to check,monitor and compress your RAM .-it worked on S60 2nd edition phones so it could/should work on 3rd Edition.
