Just a lightning plea for help. I've discovered something worrying in S60 3rd Edition. If anyone can help me with the files in c:\system\data\mg2\DB\CData, please comment below. Thanks.

My gut feel is that they've got to be temporary files of some kind that shouldn't be hanging around.

So, in the interests of experimentation, I use Y-Browser to delete them all. Err.... and they all came back again the next time I went into Gallery. It seems that MG stands for Media Gallery.

Even more intriguingly, deleting all the files didn't seem to clear any space (during the short time before I went back into Gallery), meaning that perhaps Y-Browser was mis-reporting the file sizes in the first place 8-(
