Hi all after installing the software I get this error:

The following errors occurred during the loading and initialisation

of TSS Product API. Phoenix will not be fully functional.

Please reinstall Phoenix to fix the problem.



Could not create Product API Loader.

Could not pass connection object to Product API.

Could not set Product Detection mode.

Could not pass data package path to Product API.



What does it all mean:o

Well after reinstalling and uninstalling this software, disabling various apps on my pc finaly got it to run.....But its well flakey, not very stable...I certainly wont be flashing my phone using this software......When I get the chance I will install it on a clean install of windows XP no virus checkers etc, and see how it runs then.......Have any of you guys already using this software got any more input on this, is it just me, or is this software unstable, unless it needs to be on a fresh XP install.

in other fourm, i read someone said about pheonix installation in fresh Xp would be stable.
wish you can sucess to do it and report here
