I want to be able to blue tooth some lists to myself.

I sent a .txt file and .doc file to my phone - nothing will read them.

What is a good Notepad or Word Processing app for this?

The notes app in the OS is fine, but you can upload new ones.

You can try Office Suite from MobiSystems for editing files. It works with many formats; take a look on it.
