ok i have got some extra voices and poi for tomtom where exactly do i put them (into what folder)

Funnily enough there's a folder called "VOICES" on your memory card that'll happily accomodate your voice files for TomTom. ;)

As for POI they go in the same folder as your map e.g. Great_Britain

just drop it onto the mmc as it is, tomtom will find it.
