I was just setting up the N80 for my gmail account. I noticed that there is no smtp authentication available, only secure connection.

I've been looking for the SMTP authentication option since and a I still don't believe there is not such option in this "almost" complete phone...

Is there any app that can do this work?

Can you clarify what you mean by SMTP authentication?

My N80 works correctly with Gmail with the standard email client, and submits my username and password when logging on to send mail using SSL..
