My friend bought 6600 from a mutual friend, that told him that 6600 ain't working properly. That friend that sold 6600 to my friend, went to some service (another friend) but the guy told him it's unrepairable ( I think that guy doesn't have any idea about servicing ).
To get to the point, 6600 is behaving like this:

BLUETOOTH ain't working at all: I've started it, BT automaticly returns to the icon of the same, like nothing happend, but after a few mins. it respods with:BTui app. closed )

IR: Starting properly, but it cannot connect to anything, and it doesn't shutdown

GALLERY: sometime opens properly, but when i try to go on images or something else it just hangs on opening files, or it just hangs on opening files.
Same for MMC

CALENDARr: not working (same as gallery)
and similar things on other app.
Otherwise: Can call/receive, can send/receive msg.
MMS: not working (gallery)
GPRS: not working

I've somehow managed to cheat by installing fexplorer and commwarriror cleaner: renamed sis files to jpg, few restarts for me to enter gallery on MMC started jpg's and installed both SIS files.
Cleaner couldn't find commwarrior but when I've generated installed apps with fexplorer, I've found on the last line this:
commwarrior c:\system\ ( I think it was apps)\ something_CWC\something_CWC.c or sis can't remember but I've deleted that folder thru fexplorer. restarted phone, but it's behaving the same.
Tried soft/hard reset codes, tried green,*,3, ON formating. But it doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

Soft and hard format doesn´t work! Only one more code, less "hard", the phone reset: *#7780#. If none of this codes result, so send the phone (if the price compensate) to a Nokia Service. And mybe the phone is lost:frown:

None of the codes worked. In Belgrade we don't have any official Nokia services, but we have dealers who service them. Is it possible that the Symbian is malfuctioning in all reset modes and needs reinstalling thru data cable?

Maybe... but all that kind of things must be donne on a Service Point...
Try nokia.dogtoe.com, is unofficial upgrade firmware, but on your case... nothing to loose, if possible!

If your handphone infected with commwarrior that have banner (Infected with Commwarrior)new variant commwarrior. U cannot just u normal way to delete it or use removal tools.But may be U can try my solution , i used at my Ngage-QD it successful.
