What is that **time-out** thingy?

In English:

Hello. i'm a Nokia 7650 owner.I used it for a while until it suffered a malfunction:Bluetooth System Error, and the battery fatigue problem. After querying a couple of Nokia 7650 dedicated websites and forums i realized that it has been a very common problem with the device. All the owners i asked said their phone was repaired in very short time,by flashing it with new firmware or the device was replaced by a new one.I was advised by to take my phone for repair in a local NSC.I did that.I'm from Macedonia,i spend most of my time here, but i travel very often to Germany,so my phone was bought from there,it was bought in the name of my company,Imako in Ludwigsburg.I did not think that it would be a problem if i took it a local NSC (Here in Macedonia).Well,it turned out that it was.No mater where you are,it is still one big family called Nokia (They said that in Macedonians NSC,its called AplhaCopy). They said that the my warranty was not legal in Macedonia,an that they would accept warranties for devices bought only in the Balkan region.I had to take the phone to Germany for repair,i did not mind that, like i said,i often travel there. The phone was brought to you for repair.I spent on week in Germany, but i received no word about whether the device was repaired or not, being obligated by business arrange i came back to Macedonia.I came back to Germany one week later, still there was no word.Because i was obligated to came back In Macedonia i left. The responsibility to check on the phone status was left to one of my employees there. He contacted you three weeks after the device was left in your care.He got a response from one of your employees that he should not contact them, they would contact him as soon as the device will be repaired. This is the fifth week now.The device is not repaired. My phone is under warranty. If it can not be repaired in reasonable amount of time (You should agree that reasonable time has passed by now,5 weeks) it should be replaced with a new device, hence i demand a replacment. I would prefer the reply to be in English because my German is not so fluent. Thank you. Regards from Macedonia,Krste.

Thanks Guys :D

Man this has nothing to do with proper German, this will confuse a proper german too. I am sure that they understand english so why not send them the paragraph in english? ( you want them to reply in english anyways)

How do you call a person that speaks only one language?
- American. :D

This is in fact a myth, it is widely accepted that the majority of Americans can only speak one language, where as the truth is that they can't speak any. They mistakenly believe they can speak English, whereas an Italian teenager has a better grasp of our language. Americans are like Brummies, they speak to you thinking they are speaking English, and the other people just nod and smile and pretend to understand. ;)
