I've been using my 6820 for a while and yesterday "insert sim card" poped up when my phone was on. I have a lot of important info on my phone and i want to turn it on. I cleaned the phone and the card(other cards dont work too)What can I do? phone format or what? is there an other way to get info from my phone? thx for help :icon4: :icon4: :icon4:

This is a Symbian forum, and You talk about a S40 phone... With a phone format You lose all inside!
Go to a Nokia Service Point, and they can take care of that.
