Is there anything I can do to reduce memory use? When browsing any less simple web page will cause the E70 browser to run out of memory (or crash).

I have a couple of programs installed (such as AutoLock and HandyClock.I If I just disable them (instead of uninstalling) can I be sure they will not waste memory?

Any other tricks?

(I'm hoping that, when released, Opera Mobile will be better than the stock E70 browser.)

how do you use E70, on vertical or horizontal? Look to the review of Steve about E70, that the device lose 6Mb of Ram only for change the screen orientation...

For pure means of testing things (and mrs.hilt was nowhere near) i went to xxx-site with tens or hundreds of thumbnails. E60's (I think it's the same browser in every E-series?) in-built browser ran out of memory when loading another window on top of chicks-site. However, Opera managed to open all the titties -it took some time but best Taskman said there was still around 1mb left RAM, when viewing the screen sideways.
