Since upgrading my firmware from 2.x to 5.0616.2.0.3 (N70) I have got problems with the program icons in the top left corner (or generally with transparent images) in some Java apps. It looks like only the icon's transparency mask instead of the icon itself is shown...

This happens only with some of my Java apps. Is this a known problem with my firmware version or is there a solution for this problem?

After upgrading my firmware none of my JAVA apps even open.. I've had to reinstall them all (plus I've noticed the same icon problem now I can open them)

I have already reinstalled all J2ME apps, because (as damien.nimai also noticed) none of them where starting after the upgrade...

Glad to hear it wasn't just me. Thought I'd stuffed it up some how :)
