Hi everybody, it's the first time I join the community.
I hope some of you will be able to help me.
I just got the Nokia E70. I had the 6820 before.
E70 is a beautiful machine, but I already got some problems or questions about it.
Anybody can help?

#1:
I transfered all my contacts from 6820 to E70. They now appear Last name first, then First name. I personally like to see the first name then the last name. So I changed the option on the E70 (contact->options->settings-> name display), but it doesn't see to work. When I press OK, it goes back to "Last name, first name"

I knew before bying E70 that the delay of switch between portrait and landscape view was noticible. But overall, I feel that the E70 is very very slow. In many applications or navigations in my phone, there is a delay.. Does everybody has this problem?

What happened to the so usefull shortcut "Go To". I couldn't find it in the E70. They got rid of it??

I use a Motorola H500 bluetooth earpiece. When I am on the phone, is there any way to have a notification if I am getting another call at the same time? With the Nokia 6820, the earpiece would mute my voice for few seconds, so I knew somebody else was calling me.

Also regarding the earpiece, everytime I disconnect it and reconnect it, the volume in the earpiece goes to low while I had it high before I disconnected it.

I use a MacBook Pro with Mac OSX. Is there any god program to be able to use and navigate in my phone from my Mac? (since PC suite is not compatible for Mac) I'd like to be able to save my text messages, pics, videos. (iSync just synchronizes contacts and calendar).

I think that's it for now. I really love the E70 but those problems really irritate me (especially the one for last name and first name). I hope you guys can help.

When is made a change of contacts between an S40 and S60, all names go to Last name. So I think, that is the problem. Wich is the order, for the phone it only have "Last Name". Check please!

It´s an S60 - You came from an S40. So is more slow. But, for the reviews, for an S60, is faster them previous S60 phones. Could be that. Other thing, see if it have a lot of background aplicattions running. Close the ones not needed.

I looked in my phone for the Last name, first name problem. They are actually well organized in my contact. Each last name is under the Last name label, and first name in the first name label. But I still can't change the appearance order. The option is in the phone but it doesn't work :o(.

So, should work well. Lets wait, if somebody have another idea.

#1: Notice that with the default Nokia theme, when you select between two options, the colours are a bit confusing and it is not easy to see which option you're selecting. So you are possibly simply just choosing the wrong setting every time. Note that this setting in Contacts only applies to the Contacts app (Messaging, Log, etc., will still show the last name first and there is no way to change that).

#3: "Go To" is gone. I don't miss it a bit, personally. Much happier with the Active standby app shortcuts + you can always rearrange things in the main menu so that apps you want to use most are in whatever order you prefer.

I too had the 6820. Allow me to add another real disappointment.
In the calendar of 6820 it had option of "make call reminder" where it leads to the contact list to select the name and then set date and time. At the specified time a reminder with the phone number is set ready to dial on your screen.
This function is not available any more in E70.
if anyone has solution would v appreciated but not the Aquacalendar please. Had no chemistry with it.

Is a S60 problem, not E70 problem! Is equal in all S60 phones.
