is there anyway to use the gps on the phone as a reciever. i dont know much about gps as you can probly tell but is there anyway of getting gps just by using my phone ??????????

N/A 04-08-2006, 10:24 AM Not unless the phone has a built-in GPS receiver (antenna and other related electronics needed to receive and process the signals from GPS satellites). Few phones have GPS built-in, so for most you need an external GPS receiver module (nowadays usually using wireless Bluetooth for the connectivity).
