Do a search in this forum and you will find plenty of links to software and applications, some free and some not.

There aren't many free applications for the N80 yet. Try http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/software/Nokia_N80/

also try

http://www.getjar.com/software/Java/Nokia_Series_60v2

these are N70 Java apps, but most work with the N80, again some free and some not.
