When i first got my 6682 the file manager was working perfectly, now i cant see the files on the phone. What do i do.

A lot of things could happened! Maybe a bad instalation... deletion of a file... Make a backup of phone content to the card, do a soft format of the phone, than restore the card content again. Should works. It´s a first approach!

I backed up my phone, and reset it.

The file manager still dosnt work.

I can do everything but look at the contents of the phone, it opens up and i go to the nokia phone browser in my computer but there are no icons. I think its a softwere problem. this is so frustrating.

So your saying this is a PC Suite problem? You would be to try upgrading to the most recent version of PC Suite which is available from the Nokia site http://www.nokia.com/pcs
