I want to get a compressor app for my 7650
but im afraid that if i install it,it might mess up my phone and ill have to do a hard reset or something :P
could u guys please give me a little info about these apps and which memory compressor is the best one theres the Space Doubler,zip man or something and the scompressor
which is the best one and most safe one
could u guys please also tell me how much memory does it free from the phone and if its safe or not how does the thing work?? :P

i would definitely go for the Space Doubler !! if you search in this forum you can find the positive and negative things of each appl !!

You should do a search in this forum first, thes questions are answered
already, but here it goes.

Both sDoubler and sCompress are really safe to use now with the new
versions. sDoubler is really much more easy to use, so I would choose
that one.

The memory that is freed after compressing depends on the apps you have
on phone but anything from 10%-50% savings in memory are possible.

The ZipMan is a different kind of program, its like winZip on PC.

First of all forget about Zip Man! It compresses only documents etc.
sCompress is similar to sDoubler, however there are some differences!

sCompress compressed applications but in order to run them you have to uncompress them manually! Moreover they dissapear from the menu, so you dont know which applications you have installed.

sDoubler (BEST CHOICE) compresses applications, however you dont have to unpack them manually. They do not disapear from the menu. You just click on the icon like you normally do and it decompresses automaticaly. After exiting it compresses again automaticaly!

I have tested the application and I can assure you that the latest version does not contain any bugs that can mess up your application. Most of the bugs I reported are fixed and I also have a full version of the application. This is the best thing that happened to the 7650 since the Hantro Video App.

I have tried SpaceDoubler, and liked it so much, I immediately bought it.
Since the last version, everything works great, couldn't be happier.

BTW..which country you in Marius? It's an Afrikaans sounding name (I'm in SA)
