I guess you're out of luck. I read the beep is hardcoded. Noway to bypass for a 3rd-party app.

go to handango and download total recall its great i recorded a two hour long phone conversation without any beeps at all. you can set it to auto answer or start up manually, if you choose auto answer it records all calls coming in and going out.
