ive tried the pc suite and it says that my 3250 is connected but when i click on an icon it simply doesn't work:con? only file manager, contacts, and sms messages work:S ive tried start>>run>>Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll already but that doesn't work too:con? please HELP

You might want to try unistalling PC Suite and then installing the latest version. http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite/

Note that some elements of PC Suite may not work on your phone. Check the compatibility grid at the Nokia site sbaove.
