The support pages includes the manual and interactive demonstrations to help you get the most out of the phone. Also available is the Nokia Music Manager Plug-in for iTunes on the Mac which allows you to sync music between your N91 and Mac OSX.

Good point about 1-way sync with PC, that's a limitation of Windows Media Player. Let's see if Vista/WMP11 correct that.
