guys..if i do the hard reset or soft reset..it will unlock my phone??because my phone now says that i must enter unlock code...??so guys help me plz??

No, hard/soft reset won't make 'Security Code' 2b unlocked.

SIM locked (PIN1/PIN2) or phone locked ('Lock code')?

If phone locked, then give me ur IMEI (type: *#06# on keypad in standby mode)

If SIM locked, then u must contact ur network operator. There's no another way :)

i think its lock code...and i've search on the net, it's told that if i enter the wrong code for about 5 times,my phone will lock permanently..it's true??and if did a hard/soft reset it will fix this problems and i can enter the default code or something???

No, that's not true. Only PIN1/2 has it.
Just try to reset the phone and try 'lock code' ;)

hmm..you mean, if i did soft/hard reset, will be a little hope for me??and i dont have to Service Center??i've just download software to retrieve unlock code based on imei and provider..can i use that???

hey guys...i've been solve my problems..thx to all of you..special for rulirahm,who help me always..well, this my way:
1. i did my backup..
2. i try to unlock my phone with software i've been downloaded before..success
3. try to do soft reset with *#7370# and waiting for about 3-4 min..
4. phone restart..and walah..!!!my phone just got better now..
my little question again: by now i'll try to format my mmc..but i'm not sure, better i format my mmc by phone or by card reader??any suggestion guys???
