ok when i turn my nokia 6620 on the first screen where it is white and the word "nokia" in blue writing comes on and then it just freezes on that screen and doesn't go to any other screen and the only way to get it off that is to take out the battery. can any one please help me?

i tried the hard format and it still didnt work. is there anyone i can send it to besides nokia because they said for them to just look at it was $100.

Format MMC?
Safe Mode?
Have try it w/o mmc inserted?
Check app installed?
