i have got some games that i want to delete, so when i go to the manager on my phone it just stays on the loading screen and thats the only way i could delete it
is they another way of deleting games or a new apllication where games can be deleted

Try to uninstall it with SafeMode or u can try UnMakeSIS (windows s/w). Open the source (.SIS) and u'll know where's the installation files goes into ur phone and manually deleting them using FExplorer.
