u cant unlock it, u have to flash it to completly to unlock it

Flashing does not remove the SIM lock. Ask the original operator who locked it in the first place for an unlocking code (they'll probably charge you for giving it, if full price for the phone was not paid).

Sorry to interrupt, I would also like to flash my mobile to a newer unlocked firmware.

By the way is there any flashing guide available on this forum or any other forum? If yes, then please someone post a link.

Secondly, Motorola and SE allows you to flash your mobile online, does Nokia provide such facility for N70? If yes, then please someone post a link.

Right, you cant flash your N70 to a newer "unlocked" firmware. You can flash to newer firmware but it will still be locked to the network. The ONLY (I repeat ONLY) way to actually unlock a N70 is to pay the operator to unlock it. That is your only option. Not codes, not market stalls, not firmware - just the operator doing it.
