In 3230 some time sound level of song remain high only. it will not reduce. Min - max same. I have to restart or reset phone setting. Pls help!

i had 6600 earlier and it was fine..
now i have 3230 , some times the vol is very low but some time its reall high and cant reduce it at alll.. can some mod help in this issue... this my first request on this web:icon14:
