Hey, I have XP Pro, Installed PC Suite and it would connect to phone no problem. Now when i go to phone browser in my computer it recognises it but when i click to enter phone it says could not connect and thats it!! Pissin me off.
I reinstalled it and still doesn't work i tried new 6.7 Version but it still don't work Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:frown:

You are a little better or further than me. I had the similar problem, when I connect the cable to my phone my PC just wouldn't detect it at all so I uninstall PC Suite and reinstall it. But the new installation has never been successful. I got the following message every time I try to install it.

"Error 1935. An Error occurred during installation os assembly. ‘Microsoft. MSXML2, Publickey token=”6bd6b9abf345378f”, version= “4.20.9818.0”, type”win 32”’ processor Architecture =”X86”” Please refer to Help & Support for more information. HRESULT: 80070002"

Has any one out there facing this kind of problem?
