Is there to reformat a whole phone? I think its possible but i dont have any backup of the original firmware..

i recently believe i got the virus Caribe..and its messing up my phone..i cant use pc suite to fix it at all, it would give me excuses like: NOT ENOUGH MEMORY (when i have over 100meg free) or OPERATION CANNOT BE COMPLETE.
