Help me!
My N70 keeps on resetting, at random times, both whilst I am using it and sometimes while I am not! It is as new, I haven't installed any third party software.
Its happened once or twice whilst I have been handling it, once when I did a Sync with my PC another when I simply went to the gallery. Then its done it 6 times when I havent even been touching the phone, it'll light up so I grab it thinking I have a message but when I look at the screen it's on the white Nokia logo screen then boots back into Symbian, with all apps shutdown.
There has been nothing consistent about the times it has done it, sometimes charger attached, sometimes not, sometimes USB attached, sometimes not. The only things I can think it might be are either a faulty memory causing exceptions, but I dont get why this would happen when I am not using the phone, or because I live on the boundaries of loads of mobile cells, the phone is constantly switching between 2G and 3G, up to three times a minute when I have been watching it, maybe this could be causing a buffer to overflow?
Any help greatly appriciated, it's still under 3's 14 day gaurentee, do you think it's worth getting a new handset off them, just in case?
Merry Christmas. Best Wishes to all.
Seb.
EDIT: Is it possible to put the N70 into a verbose logging mode? Perhaps might help track down the problem.
