I'd like to convert a few short .wmv clips (on my pc) to mp4 playable on my N70
I've downloaded trial versions of a couple of apps but the resulting files are unplayable on the phone.
Converting to 3gp would be ok and more shareable, but I'd rather have the quality of mp4.
Any help appreciated.

I've tried Super Fever and it looks great and quite simple but cant get it to work.
It doesn't understand the codec usedin the .wmv input file.
My PC clearly has the required codecs on board as I can play the files in Media Player.
Any help using 'Super' would be nice.

Microsoft don't like giving out the information about the WMV file format, Hence None or very few programs will read WMV without using Windows Media Player,
XP has Windows Movie Maker which can save in AVI format so you can convert it from that file,

Cheers Carl. Dug out 'movie maker' and imported my .wmv but what next?
I've tried all options from everything along the tool bar but can't find anythging that screams "encode as avi" or words to that effect.
Sorry to be a mithering dope but how do I use Movie Maker to convert to a generally recognizable avi file.
Thanks in advance.
Now to wrap more presents......

Import the clip into WMM,
Drag it on to the story board at the bottom,
Goto File, Save Movie File,
Save to My Computer,
Choose a name and location,
'Show More Choices',
Other Settings, DV AVI (PAL),
This will save the movie in AVI but it will be a VERY LARGE file,

I've tried using SUPER aswel, it'll encode my videos fine but whenever I try to use the MP4 format the videos won't play on the phone give a "Cannot play media clip" error.
Has anyone has any luck getting this to work? If so can you post your encoding settings.
