i had put some WAV. files into my n-gage and i think that it is supported ..... anyways, how do i shift my files in my mmc into the drive C/nokia/sound/digital?

You could copy/move them with FExplorer (http://www.gosymbian.com/).

You can also use them as ringtones off the memory card, if you keep them in E:\Sounds\Digital.
