We are running Pylon AnyWhere version 6.5 and I have some problems with a Sony Ericsson P910i using the Symbian OS Platform,

When he tries to sync first time, he get this error:

Reason Code ETEXT Reason number 10 and then the sync stops.

Do you know wehat this mean, and can I do something to solved it ?

He has a lot of space and memory on the phone, so it should not be a memory problem.

I have also tried to disabling the syncronozation of the ToDo's, but the same error code appears.
