You can't get the radio on the 7650, the only way I can think is by streaming with RealOne, but this is a very expensive way to listen to the radio.
As for the handsfree, the standard Nokia (8210 etc) will fit they don't cost much at all.

The only way I can see to do it would be to stream the data. There is no hardware in the 7650 that enables you to listen to the radio.
He was either having you on, or using a RealOne type player to listen to live streams.

Nokia 7650's chipset doesn't support audio profile bluetooth as well as radio. The guy who told you that is giving you false news.

I thought Nokias HDR-1 Mp3 Player has FM/AM Radio capability, they work fine in the 7650.

The original question was, "Some guy had an APPLICATION....."
The MP3 player is a seperate piece of hardware, but yes it can be used along with the 7650, seems a lot of money if you just want a radio though :D
