i can't view any pictures on my phone ... even the pictures i take with the camera i just get a message saying(( galary: feature not supported ))... i tried the master reset but it didn't work when i downloaded an image software i can view the pictures through the software only.. does any body knows how to fix this problem

I don't know what you mean with "master reset", but have you done a reformat (first of the memory card, then of the phone, if it doesn't help)?

First, simply, remove the memory card and try without it. If it works, then the problem is with the card.
