Is there software that can display a full screen image when someone calls instead of the rediculous tiny thumbnail that appears ? One other thing, if I take my phone to get the firmware updated, will I lose all settings and information I stored ? (positive answers only please, not "i think") Thanks.

There is no possibility to diaply large Images yet!

As for the second question...it depends on the NCS! If you tell them to backup your data (and they do so) then you will not lose anything!
