I am looking for getting 3rd Edition of Series 60 SDK that will be required for Symbian OS v9.1.

In forum.nokia.com, downloading is possible only for 1st and 2nd Editions of Series 60 SDK.

Please provide me the details and the URL as to where I can download the 3rd Edition of Series 60 SDK.
Can we download it freely, or should we purchase a License and Source code from some vendor? Please provide the details of this also.

You will be able to download the SDK freely, like earlier SDKs, from http://forum.nokia.com/ when it is available. It isn't yet.
