Hi all,

I was able to change the camera setting into full VGA mode (Camera > Settings > VGA resolution). However the images saved are all portrait even if I selected standard. Is there anyway I can capture image in landscape form (even if I twist the phone so that when it's in camcorder mode I am holding the phone in an upright position, still the image saved in the galery is in portrait).

Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks : )

if you want landscape images

switch off VGA resolution.

then in camcorder mode, the phone will shoot landscape images.

but if you want landscape images in VGA resolution, flip the phone into browse mode(ie, with the screen facing up-like a tablet) - keep the VGA resolution off. If the VGA resolution is off and the phone is in the browse mode, the camera shoots at VGA Landscape.

Only problem is that is hard to see as you have to look down on the screen like in a old fashioned box camera.
