Updated VDP code to fix graphical glitches. Examples of ROMs found to benefit during testing (there are probably many more) include:
Lost Vikings (No 'noise' corruption during speech bubbles) - Wohoo! :icon14: :viking: :rock:
Outrun (no corruption at the top when you crash!)
Sensible Soccer (Menu more readable and pitch doesn't turn black during play)
Space Harrier (No need to disable H-Ints)
Super Monaco GP (now playable)
